Grupo Raminatrans participates in Fruit Attraction 2026 as one of the 24 companies in the port community that accompany the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras (APBA) at IFEMA Madrid. Its participation is centered around a specific division for reefer cargo, with services for international transportation, storage, handling, and customs management aimed at products that need to maintain temperature throughout the logistics chain.

The company has a delegation in the Services Building of the El Fresno Area, in Los Barrios, from where it handles operations related to the logistical environment of the Port of Algeciras. This establishment allows incorporating the Algeciras location into a structure that works with maritime, land, and air transport and with import, export, and triangular or cross trade operations.

For the horticultural sector, the reefer division offers full loads, groupage, air transport, express services, and roll-on cargo, as well as solutions linked to the passage of goods through warehouses and logistics platforms. Raminatrans states that it maintains temperature traceability within these operations, an aspect that particularly affects fruits and vegetables during international journeys with different stops or mode changes.

The cold activity is not limited to the movement of cargo. The group has warehouses subject to various customs authorizations, including Customs Deposit, Temporary Deposit Warehouse, and LAME, from which it offers storage of temperature-controlled products, cross-docking, consolidations, picking, and handling. Its catalog also includes electrical connection points for refrigerated containers and spaces designated for inspections carried out by SOIVRE services.

These operations allow dealing with situations where a horticultural shipment needs to temporarily interrupt its transport to consolidate or deconsolidate cargo, prepare orders, perform handling, or remain connected to electric supply before continuing to its destination.

Raminatrans also has the capacity to perform cold treatment on plant products intended for international markets that require this phytosanitary treatment. The company specifies that this service is provided within its infrastructure in the Valencian Community and that it is authorized to perform it outside the port or airport premises. Therefore, it is a capacity of the group's reefer division that complements the coverage provided by its various delegations, including that of Algeciras.

Cold treatment is applied to certain plant products when the phytosanitary conditions set by the destination country require it. Its inclusion within a logistics structure that also manages transport, storage, and customs allows for coordinating the treatment with the other phases of the shipment without unlinking it from the controlled temperature chain.

The group's logistical dimension currently includes more than 100,000 square meters of transit and logistics warehouses distributed among various national locations. Raminatrans combines this capacity with customs representation and transport services, while its reefer department centralizes specific operations for refrigerated and frozen products.

For the Algeciras office, this structure represents the connection between the operations that use the Port of Algeciras and the group's logistical resources at other points in Spain. A refrigerated container may require customs clearance, land transport, intermediate storage, handling, or specific treatment at another facility before completing its journey, depending on the product and the market it is targeting.

This combination fits with the profile of the traffic that the APBA is presenting these days in Madrid. The Port of Algeciras has more than 5,500 connections for reefer containers at its terminals and a capacity exceeding 30,000 pallets in refrigerated terminals and logistics areas in its surroundings, within an offer that includes maritime and land transport, storage, cold services, customs, and inspection.

Raminatrans adds to that network a structure capable of managing different phases of the same supply chain under controlled temperature. The combination of international transport, customs operations, storage, cross-docking, consolidation, and specific treatment for certain plant products shapes the activity that the group directs to the horticultural market during Fruit Attraction.
