Terberg Special Vehicles (TSV) has acquired the entire ownership of Terberg Tractores Iberia and Feyter Iberia and has merged both companies into a single entity called Terberg Feyter Iberia. According to the company, the operation was formalized through a merger by absorption, maintaining the CIF of Feyter Iberia and adopting the new corporate name.
The decision is part of the strategic roadmap of the Dutch group to consolidate its presence in Spain and Portugal and offer a unified approach in sales, rental, and technical service areas. Terberg has been operating in the Iberian market since 2021, when Terberg Tractores Iberia began to focus its activities on the distribution and rental of terminal tractors in the logistics, port, and industrial sectors.
With the merger, Terberg Feyter Iberia will have an expanded product catalog that goes beyond the terminal tractors of the brand. The new entity will also market empty container handlers CVS Ferrari, reachstackers, heavy forklifts, translifters, and Movella cassettes, special forklifts Meclift, and high-capacity electric forklifts EP, with a load range of between 8 and 25 tons. These solutions are aimed at operations in ports, logistics centers, and industrial installations throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
The company has specified that the merger will not affect existing agreements or operations. Current contracts remain in force, pricing conditions are unchanged, operational processes continue as established, and technical support services will function normally.
