NextPort has been included in the 2026 edition of the Thetius Top 150, the annual selection with which the research firm Thetius identifies organizations linked to technological innovation within the maritime industry.
The company has announced its inclusion in the group of startups and scale-ups selected this year and has thanked Thetius for its inclusion in the list. The 2026 edition features a total of 150 organizations divided into four categories: 50 startups and scale-ups, 50 small and medium-sized enterprises, 35 large corporations, and 15 public bodies and non-profit entities.
Thetius explains that its analysts have examined over 5,400 organizations to compile this year's selection, taking into account their activity over the previous twelve months and the information collected through its research platform Thetius IQ. The 2026 edition is the fifth since the creation of this report.
NextPort develops solutions aimed at ports and terminals based on digital twins and data treatment. The company itself explains that its platform integrates information, processes, and operating systems to facilitate operation monitoring and provide information that can be used for both daily management and medium- to long-term decision-making. Its website currently defines NextPort as a spin-off of the engineering firm Moffatt & Nichol.
