“Funding” is the CEF grant awarded to the Spanish part of each action; “investment” is the total cost of that part. A single European project may be split across several countries: only the Spanish share appears here. Status as reported by the Ministry: ongoing, completed, terminated or in preparation. Project titles are the EU’s official ones; the Ministry publishes descriptions in Spanish only.
